Things you’ll never see in America, part 2: public billboards advertising condom use and (not pictured here) stemcell research.
Also of note: the Lord of the Rings spoof in which the ring turns out to be a condom (no, it doesn’t get destroyed ), financed with tax money and shown on TV when the teenage demographic is highest.
