Powerpoint presentations have been added to the Articles page, but I haven’t had a chance to finish the workflow video. Been battling a cold for the last week and my voice still isn’t exactly where it should be. I don’t want to sniff every 10 seconds

Domain Shuffling – Done!
February 16, 2007 · Print This Article
If you can read this, the internets should have updated all tubes to accurately lead you to my webpage again. For the longest time, I used Langsuyar.com as my main domain and had various other pages forward to that domain. Email was on the old and trusty Ocrana server, which I have used for over 10 years and gets way too much spam these days. A bit of a mess that I finally wanted to clean up.
After a bit of work the main domain now is Worch.com. You can still reach me under my Ocrana email address, but I will be phasing that one out over the next few months. The new, reliable email address is mattias @ this domain. I’m sure you can figure it out, I want to keep the spambots off my tail as long as possible. The pages should still all work exactly as before. Please let me know if you find anything that’s broken!
Moving stuff around…

TGS has come and gone, and as far as work is concerned, I’m back to the usual can’t-talk-about-it stuff. I cleaned up the post below a bit and added some links to the top section. There’s a lot more videos, interviews and other stuff around if you search places like Gametrailers, Gamevideos etc.
Victoria’s Blog
September 23, 2006 · Print This Article
Spent some time this morning to set up a webpage for Victoria. She has to create a page for one of her grad school assignments, and I figured hey, why not secure the domain and add a blog while we’re at it. I didn’t look around much – Roland is using WordPress for his page, so I figured I’d give that a try. And I have to say that I’m quite impressed with the ease of use, I’ve never created a complete blog in such a short time. Apart from a few small roadblocks (write permissions for the correct folders, making sure the webserver recognizes index.php and the like), this has been a breeze to set up. The Crystaltech server has been just as cooperative, creating the MySQL database and managing the access permissions didn’t take any trial and error.
So here it is, VictoriaEstrella.com! I don’t think I’ll make any changes to my own page (this site is still all hand-coded and updated “the hard way”, with a tiny bit of help of HaloScan for comments), but it’s fun to see how easy PHP/MySQL pages have become.

I apologize for the recent lack of updates. I’m preparing for GDC, working a lot on our game and preparing for a move at the end of the month. More on all of that later.
Moving

Worch.com is moving registrars this weekend and that url and email might not work for a bit. All the other addresses still work as usual, of course.

I’ve been doing 16+ hour days for a game-related deadline, so webpage updates haven’t exactly been a priority. I’ll resume posting xmas pictures this weekend, tho!
I’m Not Dead

Nope, I’m not dead. I’ve just been busy. More importantly, I reinstalled my laptop a little while ago and still don’t have a decent HTML editor back up and running. More when I get this thing fully operational again, the Windows reinstall did not fix my problems. Seems to be something with the hardware
